UltiMAP modular
UltiMAP modular is collection of max4live devices ( modules ) which allows you to customize any midi controller for your needs in the studio.
Works best with controllers with endlles encoders which offer bi-directional communication with Ableton Live. Behringer BCR2000 is the best example because it is very flexible and you can additionally take advantage of its configurability, but with ULTIMAP modular you're not limited to one controller. You can map as many controllers as you like to make comfortable environment to improve your workflow. Each module have diferent type of control. Some of them are focused to the selected device, others to the selected track and some modules have global control of parameters which are by default hidden from midi map function.
Device Control
Device modules are focused to the selected device in LIve set ( Blue Hand maraked device). 8 dials and 32 dials version are available. Dials are MIDI mappable and at the same time they are automaped to the parameters of currently selected device. Many control surfaces use scripts to utilize this kind of control, but with the lack of ability to change the layout of parameters. With this module you can easy customize layout of parameters for all native Live devices as well as for VST / AU plugins. With 8 dial version you can switch betwen 8 group of parameters. Up to 64 parameters. If you need 16 or 24 dials for device control you can load two or three modules and in every module select another group of parameters , then midi map dials to another group of encoders on your controller. If you need more then 24 dials you can use Device 32 module with 32 dials which have 4 groups of parameters , up to 128 parameters per device.

Track Control
Track control pack includes two modules which is focused to the selected track in Live set. The Channel Strip module and the Mixer module. In Channel Strip you can configure 32 dials and 8 buttons and bind controls to any device or mixer
parameters. After that, just by selecting the track you'll have instant access to the configured parameters.
Mixer module is a Simple device that controls Mixer parameters. Dials are automaped to the Volume, Pan and 8 Send parameters of curently selected track. It gives you an option to map additional encoders to the mixer pararmeters, having separated from channel strip module.

Multi Selector
Allows you to map midi controller to some features of Ableton Live which otherwise are not available for mapping. There are five modules embeded into the Multiselector. Track selector, device selector, routing selector quantization selector and arrangement module.
There is 16 “Multi buttons” and 5 “Module” buttons.. Multi buttons allows you to control all modules with the same buttons on your controller. They are always connected to the module in focus. Mode buttons allows you to change a module in focus. According to your needs, you can also midi map each module to the controller individually.

Group Control
Allows you to control volume, pan , sends, mute, solo and arm parameters for 8 track simultaneously. With Bank select buttons you can navigate through the live set in group of 8 tracks. This module wont allow you to select a single track. You can just change group of 8 tracks which will be controlled with faders, dials and buttons.
If you use Track selector module, turn on “Follow selected track “ switch and Group control module will be set according to the Track selector module. If “Follow selected track” switch is off this module will follow just bank buttons from this module.

Platform Requisites
UltiMAP is a set of Max for Live devices for Ableton Live 9 and higher.
You must have a Max for Live licence to run it and it will run properly only in Live 9 or higher (older versions of Live, such as Live 8, are not supported). Devices are made with Max for Live 6.1.
Unfortunately we are no longer able to provide support for UltiMAP plugins. But you can still download it for FREE.
